This is an informational website and does not contain contact forms, restricted areas, payment systems or booking systems. During normal browsing, the IT systems required to operate and host the website may process technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and device information, to the extent necessary to make the website available and secure.
3. Contact via email, WhatsApp and Instagram
The website contains links that allow users to contact the professional via email, WhatsApp and Instagram. If users choose to use these channels, the information they voluntarily provide will be processed solely to respond to their request, provide the requested information and, where relevant, carry out pre-contractual activities related to a possible professional relationship. External services used by the user operate according to their own privacy policies.

It is not necessary to communicate detailed information about your health or other special categories of personal data through the website or social media. Any clinical information required for psychotherapy will subsequently be handled through appropriate channels and in accordance with professional obligations and applicable law.

Cloudflare may process technical data necessary to provide, secure and protect the service, such as IP addresses and technical logs, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. When users choose to use them, data may also be processed by email, WhatsApp or Instagram service providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
8. Cookies and tracking tools
In its current configuration, the website does not use profiling tools, behavioural advertising or third-party analytics. Therefore, no consent banner is displayed. If non-essential tools are introduced in the future, this policy and the consent-management mechanism will be updated before they are activated.
